Shipping Policy

The commitments below describe how our store handles customer requests and order activity.

United States delivery

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free for every U.S. order. We do not offer international delivery under this policy.

Processing, transit, and tracking

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 4–6 business days. We send tracking information when it becomes available. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

Address checks and delays

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible to request an address correction. Carrier, weather, security, or other events outside our control can affect an estimate, and we will help investigate a delayed or missing shipment.
